Ruvelson
Ruvelson provides real estate investment and development services. Ruvelson along with its investors, under the Forward Progress Management Real Estate Investment Fund umbrella, have purchased 20 multi-family apartment buildings in Los Angeles, most of which they still own today.
Ruvelson under the Icon umbrella purchased a gas station at the corner of Figueroa and Exposition, directly across the street from The University of Sothern California. Ruvelson and his Icon partner, E. Fields would later go on to complete a ground-up development called The Icon Plaza at USC, one of the most successful mixed use student housing projects ever. Ruvelson and Fields formed The Icon Company, LLC and went on to develop The Icon at UCSB and Icon Gardens at UCSB, two beautiful ground-up mixed use student housing projects in Isla Vista, CA adjacent to the campus of UCSB. Ruvelson and Fields also developed The Icon SLO, another mixed use student housing project near the campus of Cal Poly SLO. In July of 2015, Ruvelson and Fields went under contract to purchase the 8.7 acre Montgomery Ward site in Panorama City, CA and in got it fully entitled to build 623 residential units along with 60,000sf of retail space. This will be the first non-student housing development for Icon and Ruvelson
Ruvelson and the developments have been recognized for their excellence and have received numerous awards and accolades from various publications and industry groups.
